᯽ Terms of Service ᯽

Please read through the TOS before you request a commission.

GENERAL TERMS

✦By commissioning the artists you understand and agree with the content of the terms of services.
✦I reserve the right to decline any requests and am not obligated to provide the reason for doing so.
✦ As the artist, I own the rights to the commission and will be able to use it to promote my work.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

Illustrations: Sketch → Base Color + Shading → Final Render
Skeb-like: Final Render (No Revisions)

✦ Please provide a clear character references: no written descriptions, no real people.
✦ Big changes can only be made in the sketch stages.
✦ Revisions (max up to 2 times after WIP approval, this applies only to colour and minor changes)
✦ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing..

PAYMENT

✦Accepting commissions via VGen
✦ Payment must be made before I start, I will send a proposal when I am ready to start the commission
✦ Commercial Use (merch/ads/print): price x2

COPYRIGHTS AND USAGE POLICY

✦ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
✦I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (Unless discussed otherwise).
✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, Inkpy.
✦ Non-commercial artwork is for personal purposes only.
✦ I do not allow my art to be used to train AI/ NFTs

CANCELING AND REFUND POLICY

✦ no refunds after I started working on your commission
✦ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
✦ If payment has not been sent yet, I have the right to cancel the commission.

Imitate other art styles
Heavy Mecha

any disrespectful and hateful art
Heavy NSFW (Gore, Nudity, Fetishes)

Illustration

Listed prices are base price (USD) and are subject to change depending on complexity of the project.

✧ All prices include NO/SIMPLE backgrounds. Complex backgrounds: $20+ depending on complexity.
✧ Additional Characters: +80% of base price
